Southern Cross Chartering S.A. is a completely independent ship and cargo broker established in Santiago, Chile back in 1979. We are one of the companies of Empresas Taylor Group who have own ship agencies and commercial offices in the main Chilean , Peruvian and Ecuadorian ports. They are general ship agents, stevedores, tug and launch owners, land transportation, project cargo management, contracts of afreightments and bunker brokers.

• We are members of Bimco since 1983 , IFFO since 1994 and members of the ITIC P&I Club since 1990.
• We fix an average of abt 400.000 revenue tonnes per year of project cargoes and bulk cargoes especially concentrates,lumber,woodpulp among others.

Southern Cross headoffice is located in Santiago , Chile and in June 2005 we opened a branch office in Lima under the name of Southern Cross Chartering Peru S.A.C.

Southern Cross Chartering works with a number of shipowners around the world with whom we have developed our share in the WCSA trade.
